オーブスの概要
オーブスのプラットフォームは、世界で使われているアプリケーション向けのブロックチェーンのインフラストラクチャ（IaaS＝アイアース）です。
ここで出てくるIaaS（アイアース）は聞きなれない言葉かと思います。

オーブスはアマゾンウェブサービスのような中央集権型のサービスと同じ方法で、分散型アプリケーションのインフラストラクチャを提供するものです。
２０２０年までに「全ての支払い、ソーシャル（SNS)、アドテクノロジー（広告配信）、ゲーム」などにおけるサービス利用者に向けて最先端のアプリケーションを作って分散型のサービス提供をするという事です。
かなり壮大な規模の構想ですが、実現するとものすごいことになるでしょう。

ORBS（オーブス）とKin（キン）の関係性
オーブスは元々「CoinTree」のメンバーによって設立された次世代のブロックチェーンプロジェクトです。
「CoinTree」のチームはKinのトークン配布イベントの時、アドバイザーとして協力した経験があります。
Kin（キン）は２０１７年９月１２日に公開された仮想通貨です。
この通貨はカナダの大手メッセージアプリの会社が発行しており日本でも一時期、有名になりました。
今現在は、テルアビブの同じオフィススペースにKin（キン）とOrbs（オーブス）のブロックチェーンチームを配置しているそうです。
